  • Creating a successful practice in mindfulness is born out of intention. We offer a number of different meditations using movement, breathwork, sound bowls, energy healing + salt therapy to harness the peace that only resides within.

  • We share the Ayurvedic approach to eating seasonal, whole, real foods that will offer you not only physical health, but will support your emotional + mental wellbeing.

  • Reiki uses light touch to help harness your own healing energy. While holding a positive mindset it strengthens the bridge between mind + body. This connection allows for increased relaxation + a decrease in stress + anxiety. These positive changes promotes the body’s ability to heal + come to balance.

    Organic essential oils, weighted lavender eye mask + sound therapy included in all HEAL WELL sessions.

  • Salt is known for it’s anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and immune boosting benefits. What you may not be aware of is it’s effect on the nervous system— We adopted this therapy years ago as a way of tapping more easily into the parasympathetic nervous system. When creating a practice of movement, meditation + breathwork, including salt therapy was an incredibly effective way to trigger that rest + digest state, allowing the body + mind to connect on an even deeper level. SALT WELL can be added to all MOVE, BREATHE, MEDITATE + HEAL WELL sessions.

  • We have created a shared space to come together as a collective. We seek out dreamy locations that are supportive on all holistic levels + always themed in nature with the vision of taking Stay Well Collective to new places as a community.

Stay Well Collective is grateful to introduce BEACH WELL offered at Anchorage Beach in Sea Bright, NJ. These sessions are a combination of core focused barre movement + 15 min of guided chakra balancing meditation. We lead you through a breathwork practice that strengthen DEEP core muscle, while simultaneous calms the nervous system.

A session like this will not want to be missed - on the sand, overlooking the ocean, while taking in all of the healing salt air. You will leave feeling STRONG, CENTERED + GROUNDED.

Stay Well Collective was born out of the understanding that everything is connected, especially the wellness community as a whole. Along with our signature Stay Well offering, we are grateful to provide a space that can be utilized on a session-by-session basis by local instructors + practitioners. Creating this shared space where the local community can benefit from an ever-changing offering is the goal. We understand that you don’t come to class just for the studio - you come for the instructor.

The balance of our mental, physical, emotional + spiritual state only resides in the moments of true presence.   • As you enter into the beautiful town for Rumson, NJ, you will find that Stay Well Collective is snug in the heart of the small business district on East River Road. For instructors + practitioners looking to grow their private practice locally, this is the perfect place to continue your journey.

  • We are looking forward to nurturing a community that already makes health + wellness a priority by offering a range of classes + therapies. Imagine connecting your client base to an even deeper, more meaningful community just a bike ride away from your home.

  • Our shared space will be equipped with everything you need for your own brand of fitness + wellness sessions - barres, 3lb weights, mats, cork balance blocks, stability balls, resistance bands, meditation cushions, blankets, eye masks + a body work table. All you need to bring is your expertise + good energy.

  • Be added to our in house calendar of events + included in weekly posts/stories/reels via IG + FB, so we can share what you have to offer our local community. We know the time it takes to consistently interact with your social following + will be there to support you the entire way. Your offering will also be added to our wooden message board - updated daily.

  • Looking to capture those magical in-class moments to share on social, but finding it difficult to do while staying present? We got you covered - Alison J Peduto Photography will be in house throughout the week to record those moments, so you can focus on staying present with your clients. We encourage you to also book out her incredible talents for special events or for more consistent weekly sessions, so you don’t miss a thing!
