Join Georgette for this Yin Yoga practice suitable for yogis of all levels!
Yin Yoga is a slow and intentional form of yoga done in postures mostly on the floor. Using props as necessary for your body, we surrender into a shape and stay quiet for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin is known to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system - helping to soothe anxiety and encourage us to relax the urge to improve or explain our circumstances. This class will harness the energies of the full super moon, drawing our awareness inwards and helping us to land in grace and gratitude.
