Join us on our very first Stay Well Collective Retreat! We are headed to Montauk, NY to submerge ourselves in nature, to ground and reconnect. Join us at HERO Beach Club May 17-19, 2024. This beachside hotel is the epitome of rest + recharge with its open air outdoor spaces, beach front access + all of this within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. We are planning a weekend where days are filled with outdoor movement, breathwork and meditation sessions, available wellness treatments and evenings enjoying private dinners on the lawn and drinks by the fire. As always, we like to keep our sessions + retreats intimate. There will be 12 spots available, so I hope you can join us to kick off the unofficial start to summer together!
