Join Alysia on a transformative afternoon of connecting to your true divine nature through Kundalini. We will move the body through a 45-minute class incorporating a kriya (set of movement) & meditation.
Kundalini yoga is a style of yoga practiced to release dormant energy coiled up at the base of the spine to enhance your awareness and begin to move past the ego. Movement, breathwork, mudras and meditation are all incorporated into this beautiful practice to help let go of what no longer serves you. Working with the chakras and the meridian systems we will work through trauma, promoting emotional balance and opening the space to truly tune in.
