Join Alysia on a transformative afternoon of connecting to your true divine nature through Yoga Nidra: A Meditative Journey. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yoga sleep,” is an ancient meditative practice that brings you to a deeper level of tranquility. Alysia will guide you into a relaxed state of being, through breath and body awareness, as you begin to relax deeper you will begin to find yourself in a space between wakefulness and sleep. This is where the magic happens; we reconstruct, repair and restore on a cellular level which naturally happens during our sleep.
Practice will begin with very gentle movements to prepare the body for meditation before settling into savasana for Yoga Nidra. The guided meditation will last around 45 minutes as Alysia takes you on your journey, all you must do is listen. You will connect to your heart’s intention, tour the body through awareness, and breathe, all before you are brought back to an awaken state where you will have time to reflect your journey.
